A birth doula is an educated support person for you during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum who provides informational, emotional, and physical support to empower you beyond your labor and birth based on your needs.
As your doula we work to compliment your chosen birth team and do not replace the roles of providers, partners, mothers, sisters, or friends. We offer information and give continuous labor support throughout the entire birth. By providing expertise, experience, love and support we aim to enhance a family's confidence and lessen anxiety.

Our birth doula package includes:
● Phone, text & email check ins throughout your pregnancy
● 2 Two-hour prenatal visits (a comprehensive review of preparations/plan for labor & delivery support, comfort measures, support with achieving best fetal position for delivery, preparation discussions and review of postpartum period, breast/chest feeding plan & newborn care - 4th trimester for optimal support during this time)
● 1-2 postpartum visits (lactation support, newborn care basics, care instructions, postpartum healing, nutritional and emotional support)
● 24/7 phone/email access to your doulas starting at 36 weeks
● By your side support throughout your labor and delivery and 2-/+ hrs post delivery until feeding is established and you are comfortable and resting
